Before Your Treatment
Do not wear your best underwear.
If you are wearing self tan on the day of your treatment the wax will remove the tan.
After Care Advice
For 24 hours after your treatment.
Apply a soothing lotion regularly after your treatment to keep skin soft and minimise any redness or irritation.
Only have luke warm showers or baths.
Refrain from applying deodrant or perfumed products to the area.
Avoid make-up or self tanning products.
Avoid sunbeds or sunbathing.
Do not touch the area and keep skin clean.

Treatment Information
Before - Take a shower before arriving at the salon the products that are applied during the treatment will not be washed off after the treatment as they are absorbed into the skin and left to work there wonders, Avoid caffeine, sugar and fatty foods, soda drinks and alcohol 48 hours after the treatment, drink lots of water to flush out your system.

Treatment Information
A patch test is required 24-48 hours before your treatment.
Do not use any other self tanning products 1 week before your treatment, Wax or shave at least 24 hours prior to treatment, On the day of your treatment do not wear any make-up, deodorant, perfume, body oils or lotions as these may react with the tanning agents in the fake bake tan, Wear loose, dark clothing, sandals or flip flops.
After Care Advice
Wear loose clothing.
Keep skin dry, Avoid water contact.
Do not apply any products over the developing tan.
Allow tan to develop for at least 6/8 (over night if possible).
Avoid hair and beauty treatments while tan is developing.
Avoid activities that make you perspire.
Drink hot drinks through a straw as contact with a hot cup can strip the colour from around the mouth, Tooth paste can also do this.
After Your Tan Has Developed
Rinse off the remaining colour until water runs clear with warm/hot water.
Avoid products that contain alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) as they can strip colour.
Avoid swimming pools as chlorine will prematurely fade your tan.
For Best Results
While bathing or showering apply Fake Bake passion fruit body polish paying attention to your hands, elbows, knees, ankles and feet. This is a soapless product which will leave no residue on the skin. You will be left with the softest, smoothest skin which is the perfect starting point for the Fake bake tan.
5 - 7 days after your tan exfoliate your skin using the passion fruit body polish repeat this every 2 days thereafter to make sure your tan fades evenly and to prepare your skin for the next application.
To prolong your tan use fake bake smoothie oil or our oil free moisturiser daily, locking in colour. This will also hydrate your skin.
